What this means for patients?
Across 2025, positive feedback consistently made up the clear majority of responses each month, generally ranging between 85% and 93%. Neutral responses remained low throughout the year, while negative feedback accounted for a small proportion of total responses.
We believe it is important to present patient feedback openly and honestly. FFT results are reviewed regularly by the practice team to help us understand patient experience, identify areas for improvement, and support continuous service development.
We would like to thank all patients who took the time to provide feedback. Your views help us improve the care and services we provide.
The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was created to help service providers and commissioners understand whether patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed. It's a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving NHS care or treatment.
Since the FFT was launched in 2013, millions of patients have submitted feedback. It's used by most NHS services, including community care, hospitals, mental health services, maternity services, GP and dental practices, emergency care, and patient transport
