Therapy for you

Therapy for you is a free NHS talking therapies service.  If you have a common problem like low mood, anxiety, feeling stressed, difficulty sleeping, or are coping with loss then they may be able to offer you help.

You can self refer to therapy for you by contacting them. You can do this by either calling them on 01268 739128 or by visiting their webpage by clicking the button below.

Visiting your GP

If you feel that you would like to discuss the situation and options for treatment with your GP at our surgery then we welcome you to book an appointment. Please note that if you feel that you may need long with the GP due to the nature of the situation ask at our reception for a double appointment as our appointment slots are limited to ten minutes each. You can book these appointments up to 7 days in advance and you have the right to see a GP of your choice.
