Stay at home if you have coronavirus symptoms

Stay at home for 7 days if you have either:

  • a high temperature
  • a new, continuous cough

Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.

You do not need to contact 111 to tell them you're staying at home.

Urgent advice: Use the NHS 111 online coronavirus service if:

  • you feel you cannot cope with your symptoms at home
  • your condition gets worse
  • your symptoms do not get better after 7 days

Named GP

All patients have a named accountable GP, this is the GP you are registered with and they are   responsible for your care at the practice. If you do not know who this is please ask our 

reception team.

Have you booked your flu vaccination? If you are over 65, or fit certain at risk catagories you are eligible for a free flu vaccination. Please call us to book in with the nurse!

Our reception staff are trained as care navigators. This may mean that they will sometimes need to ask more in depth questions in order to be able to refer you to the correct service to ensure that you recieve the right treatment as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Our reception staff are bound by the same confidentiality rules as all other clinicians and are your first port of call when contacting the surgery to arrange treatment.
